As a member of the Pure Austin management team for four years, Greg has not only gained invaluable experience in the fitness industry but has also acquired a profound appreciation for it. With society’s often hectic, fast-paced lifestyles, Greg realizes the importance of physical wellness and how routine exercise can dramatically impact one’s lifestyle in a positive and healthy manner. For this reason, Greg was inspired to become a personal trainer. Raised and educated in Austin, Greg’s knowledge and understanding of our beautiful city helps people from all walks of life enjoy the healthy benefits of living in Austin. Throughout his life, he has had a passion for sports – competing in soccer, tennis, basketball, and baseball. He is currently on a city-league baseball team. The focus of Greg's workouts consist of: core strengthening, muscle toning and definition, balance, speed and agility work, and increasing lean muscle mass while decreasing body fat. He believes that physical fitness is imperative in living a healthy and well-rounded life. Greg welcomes anyone who is seeking to improve their fitness level or those who desire a fun and rewarding physical regimen to come and train with him.
