I graduated from Texas A&M-Commerce in 1994. I obtained my personal training certification from the Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX.


I believe that true results come from honest work and self-discipline. Proper nutrition, exercise and a healthy outlook can change a person's life. I utilize a high-energy style of training. I incorporate resistance training with both weights and body weight in addition to cardiovascular training to build strength and muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness. I always ensure that my clients get a high quality workout while still having an enjoyable time.
