With Summer Body Training with Meghan, you will receive:
2 Inbody Assessements to track your body mass percentages and progress. First is on 5/12, final is on 6/23.
One-on-one initial meeting to discuss goals, programming and any limitations or modifications that might be necessary.
Full body training each workout day, with primary focus split between upper and lower body each day. Programming will be both in and outdoors.
Program will progress through 3 phases/cycles from Endurance to Strength and wrap up with high intensity training.
Weekly healthy recipes.
Goal tracking and homework.
