The race that saw blood, sweat, tears, and even vomit returns to Pure Austin Fitness at Quarry Lake on October 4th, 2008

Saturday October 4th - 6pm Start!
Pure Austin Fitness Quarry Lake
Phases will be listed here at noon on race day. You will have all afternoon to determine your strategy. There are new activities this year so be prepared! The entire race should take between 1.5 to 3 hours.
Last Year activities included running, paddling, bouldering, obstacle course, war room and more. This year there will be some similar events but some new. We'll give you hints in the coming weeks.

June 24 - July 13th, 6:30-8 am., T/Th and Sunday 4:30-6 pm at Quarry Lake. $180 Members, $210 Non-members
* Exciting NEW WAY to train for your triathlon. * Dynamic, full body workouts *Invigorating and supportive group environment. * Small groups, greater coach to participant focus. * Perfect for anyone seeking a new method to tri-train or for a fun, new way to cross train and stay in shape. * Each day focuses on 2 different areas of training. * Technique for true triathlete competitors are built into the workouts. i.e. Transitions, racing strategy, etc. * You'll learn to improve your race while you work out.
Must be able to swim basic freestyle, no debilitating injuries. Be prepared to open water swim. Must have all gear.
