As a former college cheerleader I understand the importance to not only stay in shape but enhance performance. I hold a degree in Health and Exercise Science through the University of Oklahoma and hold a personal training certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am also certified as a group fitness instructor through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and have taught the following formats: Pilates, PiYo, Kick boxing, Bags, BOSU, Boot camp, Spin, Hip-hop dance, Zumba, Cardio core, Dynamic strength, Pump, Sculpt, and Core. Outside of the gym I’ve competed in Centurys, ½ marathons, sprint triathlons and duathlons. I have a serious love for rock climbing, dance, mountain biking and surfing. I truly love movement and will take on just about any new challenge.
