I am fully trained and licensed to practice massage therapy in the State of Texas. My education consists of over 400 hours of training, predominately in Deep tissue massage as well as Sports massage and Trigger point therapy. Swedish relaxation techniques are also an intricate part of my training. I have received specialized training in Massage for the Child-Bearing Year. I especially enjoy Trigger point/Deep tissue massage. I appreciate the challenge of working with a client to create a massage program that will give them immediate, as well as, long term results. I fully believe in the benefits of massage therapy. Massage plays an important part in maintaining a healthy body and mind. I will be happy to answer any questions and help you find massage to fit your individual needs. |
