Hello everyone! My name is Andrea, I am a health and wellness enthusiast and I look forward to helping you reach your fitness goals! I grew up playing sports and was very athletic, but I did not fall in love with fitness until college. I studied exercise science and also learned my way around the gym from coaches and friends. Fitness helped me out of a bout of depression and it really gave me an outlet to learn how to manage stress and build my own self-care routine. I coach now in hopes of offering fitness as a tool to help improve others do the same! While training with me we will use strength training, functional movement patterns, TRX bands, resistance bands, sandbags, kettlebells, and mobility flows to help you reach your fitness goals.
