Haley Hall

This is not just a job for Haley, but a passion.  As a Registered Dietitian, she aims to share her love for both food and fitness as she coaches clients towards better health.  Haley cares about her clients and their desired results, whether that means weight loss, muscle gain, optimal sports performance or improved overall health. She is a great motivator and accountability partner, and she wants to help her clients achieve results while eating foods they love. She doesn’t take any foods off the table, but rather teaches clients how to incorporate their favorite foods into a balanced diet. This approach increases compliance and promotes long-term sustainability.

Haley’s free time is spent outside whenever possible. She’s currently into functional strength training, but also loves to run and hike with her dog, Lola. She frequents many local restaurants, coffee shops and the occasional craft brewery. Haley loves the social aspect of food and exercise; you will often find her with a great friend or family member by her side.
