Fitness, staying active, and living a healthy and well balanced lifestyle are key to living at your personal best. Every individual is capable of living at his or her best each and everyday. I believe in doing the things you love to stay active and fit. I still play soccer after 20+ years and enjoy spending time outside hiking, biking, running, and anything in the sunshine! My training style is based on functional, safe, and effective movements and exercises that will make you stronger in the gym as well as everyday life. I train with a holistic approach focusing on what is best for each individual client. There is no single prescription for everyone and I try to find the best and most successful approach to health and fitness for YOU.
