I believe in fun, creative workouts that challenge you mentally and physically. Helping you achieve (S.M.A.R.T. goals) specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and testable goals that will translate into your everyday life.

Functional movements instead of machines will ensure you are efficiently and effectively using your body’s fullest potential. Incorporating medicine balls, TRX, battle ropes, kettlebells, free weights, and bands will keep your body challenged and destined for change.

I will customize a program specifically for you based on your goals. You will build a stronger core, improve mobility, balance and overall strength. If you need accountability, I will be there for you to help stay on track and keep motivated outside of the session. Whether it’s gaining muscle, losing weight, toning, or building the endurance to chase after the little ones, I will help you feel youthful and strong!

My experience includes training for sprint triathlons, mountain bike races, trail runs, marathons, adventure races, and the Austin Fittest competition. As I’ve matured into my 40’s my main goal is to stay strong and mobile. Challenging my physical fitness and preparing my body for anything that comes my way is why I train.
