Everything we do in training is well thought out and with great intention. More importantly, my coaching doesn’t stop at the door. I can’t imagine that I could help create true change in an athlete without forming a partnership that lasts longer than an hour or two a week and goes beyond physical exertion to incorporate an analysis of the broader picture (nutrition, sleep, travel…)
