Forever I was a back and bi, chest and tri, sometimes legs, and 30 minutes on the treadmill guy without ever seeing the results I wanted. With rail I have become agile, mobile, and hostile. I’ve improved my balance, speed, power, and physique. Best of all though are the people. It’s a community and the instructors, everyone of them, are great.
I wanted to be as athletic as possible but did not know how train for athleticism. I enjoy weight training and the aesthetic that provides but while it can offer strength & power, it does not address the additional components of athleticism – speed, endurance, agility, stability, flexibility. You get all of these in rail training. It is not a random group of exercises thrown together to burn calories or exhaust your body – it is a specific and directed training program that allows you to train and improve – with maximum efficiency.
