My training philosophy is to train movement patterns first and let the muscles follow. I like to focus on improvement and enjoyment together as one idea. I believe that transformative workout magic lies somewhere in the balance between getting better and having fun.  

I have been in love with physical activity my entire life and now I get to look at movement everyday with the focus of improving it and strengthening it. Movement is play and my job is to better a person’s ability to play. That is why I love my job.

 In my own time I love to train, play sports, soccer and basketball mostly , and I love to be outdoors with my dogs Mabel and June. I also love the Austin food scene and am always looking for new delicious places to go eat!
