Applying the timeless healing art of yoga to today’s athletes
Zoe Mantarakis Wenger is well-versed in the alignment and anatomy of yoga as a healing art. Her level of expertise and precision in yoga bring benefit to seasoned athletes as well as those trying yoga for the first time. A session with Zoe may include using props to target specific tight zones of the body for release, intentional actions in yoga poses to expand range of motion, and breath awareness techniques to focus the mind and increase stamina. She teaches several yoga classes on the schedule at Pure, as well as directs Pure Austin’s Yoga Program.
